Aivars Lipenitis is an Independent Expert Evaluator for numerous programs fully or partially funded and curated by European Commission, including the Fast Track to Innovation (FTI), part of the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (Horizon 2020), acceleration and research funding and mentoring programs as Blockstart, WeldGalaxy, OntoChain, and more, set-up and curated in consortium between VC firms, innovation support organizations, and EC.
